Products are being shipped 3 to 4 weeks from the order date. it takes 4 weeks to manufacture a custom order if the material is readily available in the supply store. Special material takes between 2 to 3 weeks to arrive.  For custom orders in which special coating is requested the order might take up-to 6 weeks to manufacture and ship.

We ship all our furniture 3 to 4 weeks after the order is received.
Custom orders of which special material has to be ordered, it might take up-to 6 weeks to complete. 

All our products ship on a pallet in a wooden crate 3 to 4 weeks after the order has been received. We offer ground shipping with curbside delivery only.  Inside delivery can be requested for an additional fee.

Buyers are responsible for having 1 or 2 dollies depending on the size of the purchase and a screwdriver to accept and open the crate.
It is to be advised to leave foam wrapping paper on, until the desk is put into desired place. This to prevent scratches.

We do accept partial payments, however the balance has to be paid in full before your order ships. We also accept ACH transfers and Money orders.

Please inspect the packaging of your purchase before the driver leaves. Any damages should be noted on the Bill of Lading or the delivery receipt. Shipping claims will be filed as soon as pictures and the other necessary documents are send to us by email.

We will manufacture and ship you another item between 3 and 4 weeks after a claim has been filed. 

Yes, we do accept returns under curtain circumstances. Returns requested without an item being damaged will incur a 20% restocking fee.
Shipping costs for return items will be paid by the buyer.
